The staff were friendly. Such a wonderful experience on the boat. The staff went beyond my expectations with assisting me when there was a mix up with the date that I booked and even though I got the dates wrong,they still accommodated me.
I purchased a voucher online from Hyperli for a couples spa treatment at Ambrosia. I contacted them for a booking and was asked to email the voucher through, to which I did. Two weeks later I follow up regarding availability and was given a date. On the date of my booking, I had a family medical emergency and contacted Ambrosia telephonically to no avail. I then emailed indicating my unforeseen circumstances and that I would not be able to make the appointment and asked for an alternate date. Bhuvan emailed the next day referring me to the 48 hour cancellation policy. I then called him to state that I could not comply with the 48 hour cancellation policy as the emergency was something that occurred suddenly. He simply stated that my voucher is forfeited. He had the nerve to question me as to providing a medical report to show what emergency was it and then he will think about honouring the voucher purchased. I later discuss that the voucher was in fact redeemed prior to me notifying them that I would not be able to make the appointment. Totally unprofessional establishment and absolutely no consideration for taking someones money and not delivering a service.
