I booked a seat on the shuttle from Nelspruit to Pretoria on the8th of July 2023. I had to do an immediate payment in order to reserve my seat. An hour and a half AFTER the pick-up time, I got a Whatsapp message from the owner apologizing that they can't accommodate me as the bus is full, BUT they will refund me my R950. All messages are met with an automated reply and nobody answers their cell number. To date I am STILL waiting for my refund or an answer. Worst shuttle service in the Lowveld.
Good day, I live in a farming community about 15km from Nelspruit. Friends of mine went in to town this morning and asked if they could get me anything from SPAR at THE GROVE in Nelspruit. I called Spar to check if a certain item was still on special at SuperSpar The Grove. My call was answered by a lady of the name "Kuku" ( hope my spelling is correct) . She confirmed that the specific product was indeed still on special. A few minutes later, while I was on another call, Kuku tried to phone THREE times to tell me that she has checked, and unfortunately they had no stock available. This is going more than the extra mile, most people would not bother to check availability and secondly, will just let it go after one un-answered phone call. Hats off to Kuku! That is the kind of customer service this country severely lack. From a customer point of view, I want to thank Kuku and the team at Super Spar The Grove Nelspruit for excellent client service.
The cashier swiped my card and the transaction went through but was declined on her handheld device. Then she swiped again and the amount went off a second time. The store told me only Head Office can do refunds..... Which I find hard to believe as other Massmart stores do immediate cash refunds. Head Office responded requesting my : Copy of my ID, Bothe the transaction numbers, a Bank statement and Proof of bank account. That was a week ago. Still, NO REFUND! Trying to call them is a total waste of time and money. Everybody that answers just transfer you to the "right" person until finally someone just put the phone down in your ear. Not even the store MANAGER was prepared to talk to me and referred me to another "right" person which was just as useless as all the "right" people...
A one-star rating is "TERRIBLE " . If I could, I would give them a MINUS 3 zillion ranking. Irritating, annoying and utterly unproffesional. I get bombarded with all kinds of offers and then threats and and and. And never any response, just ANOTHER irritating email or message. Pity I am NOT the person all this is aimed at. And my hands are tied. Getting hold of anyone in that company is just not possible
In these times where impressive stores and apparent discounts are king, Russels Pharmacy in Nelspruit is definitely a King! Being new in town, I was looking for a pharmacy where personal attention and a sincere interest is still of high value. All this and more was rendered by Ronnie Zulu. While I was waiting for for Ronnie, some of the other pharmacists also offered to help me, but as I've already spoken to Ronnie on the phone, I waited until he could attend to me. Absolute professional service in the friendliest manner. Well Done. Russels Pharmacy has gained a new customer for time to come
Good day, I just want to commend CHANTELL MEYER from Rauties Tyres ( BestDrive Silver Lakes) for outstanding customer service. I was greeted with a genuine smile and in spite of being a first time customer, Chantell helped me quickly and efficiently with a warrantee exchange. My visit literally lasted a few minutes with absolute professionalism! She is definitely a GREAT asset to the business. Will definitely support them more in the future
Medtronic is not only a world leader in medical technology, but also in after sales customer care. I have a CRT fitted and it is not the perfect circumstances as I am very skinny but it is not only keeping me alive but also gives me quality for life. For the past weeks I had a lot of discomfort and pain and I spoke to my cardiologist. This morning Medtronic sent their qualified technologist, Sam Khalaf to come and check and re-calibrate the CRT should need be. Sam drove all the way from Midrand. She checked everything super thoroughly and did the necessary adjustments. She then also explained to me that due to my body structure this is a difficult situation to remedy and would consult with the cardiologist about possible remedial action. Throughout, she was totally professional, friendly and caring. Putting my fears at ease. And all of this.... at no charge!! Medtronic delivers research, products and services at levels beyond expectation. WELL DONE
The customer is not always right. I have to admit. I was fed-up, frustrated and dismayed. Hit a nasty pothole and wrote of 2 mags and 2 tyres. Like one can afford it at this time of the month. Also I panicked as I have no income without my vehicle. So shamefully I ended being less than friendly and probably rude. Chanelle and Sanette however kept their cool and their smiles and helped me in no time. I do apologise for this and just have to tell the owner, these staff members are an absolute asset to your business and definitely offer the highest level of customer service
I would like to congratulate Vic on an outstanding team! From the moment I walked in, a very friendly and helpful Aleshia attended to my problem and called Johan who explained the whole process to me. 4 Hours later I collected my mag which was repaired to perfection. Thanx Guys! You definitely have reached the top rung in service excellence!
I was a bit reluctant to fill up with fuel as the area did not seem "friendly"but I had no choice as my fuel was low. What a pleasant surprise! The queue moved quickly in a well attended to way and I was served by "Thembi". All I can say is many an attendant can learn from her ! She was friendly, efficient and quick, all of this while smiling and cheerfully chatting all the time. Really made me feel comfortable in the surroundings and her whole attitude positively extrovert. Surely she enjoys her work and does it with pride. Well Done! Thembi is clearly way above the standard of average attendants.
