I initially received confirmation for a delivery scheduled for 26th November. On the day prior, I contacted your team to arrange a suitable delivery time and was informed I could liaise directly with the driver. However, this turned out to be incorrect, and my delivery arrived at an unsuitable time. Consequently, the items were returned. I was then given a new delivery date for 3rd December, via sms. To ensure I could receive the delivery, I took a day off from work. At 09:27, I received an SMS confirming the delivery would take place as scheduled, but no one arrived throughout the day. To address this, I contacted Lincoln, who I was informed handles delivery assignments. Unfortunately, instead of assisting, Lincoln provided no resolution. He stated that he was driving home and, when I requested escalation details, he became hostile. Before I could finish explaining, he yelled at me, saying, “If I make an accident, will you pay for it?” Lincoln’s response demonstrates a disturbing lack of accountability. If he had done his job correctly and ensured my delivery was handled as promised, I would not have been in a position where I had to call him, let alone potentially "cause him an accident." This level of unprofessionalism is entirely unacceptable!

I bought 2 beds online and received an SMS that they will be delivered on the 30th. I waited and no one arrived. When I called, they logged a complaint which I was told will be resolved in 24 hours. 24hrs later when I follow up, I'm told that it will take another 24 hours. You cannot speak to a manager because they are too important to deal with customers. Their policy is not to speak to customers as I was told. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Non-existent service., disgusting!

I bought an albany 3 door wardrobe from Russell's Amanzimtoti .. It had so many things that was wrong with it, scratches.. Small *****.. This was two week before the looting. They promised to replace it.. The looting happened and they mentioned that they were also affected by it but we have been waiting for a new replaced wardrobe since

I ordered a radio, cell phone and washing machine. We were given the radio on display and not a new one. The external speaker on the phone is not working and they delivered a twin tub instead of a top loader that I ordered yet, I have them calling me to confirm installments and debit orders!!! Called head office with the complaint reference, 2 days later and nothing has been done!!!!! I am frustrated beyond words. Washing machine : 9000186422 Phone : CO-SAMS-0510-3385

In these times where impressive stores and apparent discounts are king, Russels Pharmacy in Nelspruit is definitely a King! Being new in town, I was looking for a pharmacy where personal attention and a sincere interest is still of high value. All this and more was rendered by Ronnie Zulu. While I was waiting for for Ronnie, some of the other pharmacists also offered to help me, but as I've already spoken to Ronnie on the phone, I waited until he could attend to me. Absolute professional service in the friendliest manner. Well Done. Russels Pharmacy has gained a new customer for time to come

On the 17th January 2018 i went to Russells Makhado to purchase a headboard and pedestals. I immediately told the sales lady that i will not purchase the items if they do not have them in storage that i would rather go elsewhere where they have in stock. The lady assured me that i will get my delivery on Thursday or Friday. Today is a Monday(22/01/2018) and nothing has been delivered and to make the situation worse they only remembered they did not have my items in stock when i went to the store to cancel and ask for my money back. They ran around to check with other stores whilst i was there again something that should have done the moment i left the shop after purchasing. Everything was bought cash and i should think that since i don't owe the store anything then my good would be delivered on time but alas that was not the case. I regret ever considering that store and going as far as purchasing anything there because clearly honesty and integrity are NOT top on their priority list.
