DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY DON'T FIX YOUR PROBLEM, THEY MAKE IT WORSE!!!!!
Originally my washing machine went in for a noise when spinning. They collected it, brought it back 2 weeks later only to find that they did absolutely nothing to it. That Saturdag after it being delivered earlier in the week, a technician came and told me they need to change the actuator motor. All good and well, they came to my house today, 23rd of March 2022 "to replace the part". Got home only to find that it is now leaking water like crazy and it still has that noise!! So not only did they not fix my problem, they made it worse!!! Worst of it all is the technician saw it was leaking, dried it up with the mop and left it just like that!! I have honestly lost all my patience with them!!!

LACK OF SERVICE AND INCORRECT DELIVERY
I ordered a radio, cell phone and washing machine. We were given the radio on display and not a new one. The external speaker on the phone is not working and they delivered a twin tub instead of a top loader that I ordered yet, I have them calling me to confirm installments and debit orders!!! Called head office with the complaint reference, 2 days later and nothing has been done!!!!! I am frustrated beyond words.
