Bought a standing fan online on 26 November 2023. Delivered on 01 December 2023. The wrong item was delivered. I did not accept the delivery and asked the courier to return the item. I called the Call Center immediately to cancel the order and refund me. Today is 19 December and after many email correspondence I still have not received my refund. Order number 1241645868. Now they ignore my emails.
I need to report a reckless driver from 03 November 2020 @ 15H00. Smith street onramp JHB. Registration Number - HT 68 MM GP. The way this driver speeds and weave through traffic at speed is going to get someone killed..
I have been waiting more than a week for a delivery and everytime there is excuses. The logistics for this company is an absolute nightmare. To date just promises and no action.
Why is it so difficult to reply back to an email or online chat. No service delivery what so ever. I have never exoerienced such pathetic service. It will not take you more than two minutes to reply and give feedback. Should the consumer be contacted before someone starts doing there job ?
We bought an item from Makro online on 28 December 2017. When using the online feedback option to arrange for delivery times no feedback or response have been received from them. When logging a complaint using the same online form I am also being ignored. Not impressed.
This is the worst company I ever had dealing with. The swimming pool was painted with epoxy paint. The concrete is still showing on numerous places. There is sharp objects on the pool floor that was painted over. Trying to get hold of Gene is virtually impossible as he never returns calls or messages. When you do get hold of him there is always an excuse like no stock of ***ment. The pool was not properly prepared before painting. 25 Year guarantee the they offer is definitely a scam as this company will close and you will not find them to honor the guarantee. Do not use this company. They will take your money and never return to fix there poor workmanship.
For the last 3 months we are experiencing connectivity issues with Telkom WiFi in Alberton. After many correspondence an official complaint was logged. Ref: ********** 9 on 14 October 2017 with no movement or response on the status. For 2 months I have lost 19 Gig and 18 Gig Night shift Data as no downloading could be done. The problem is getting worse by the day. This is also starting to happen to the 2 cell phones we have on Telkom, The loss of signal with only Emergency calls available. Obviously they cannot deliver what they advertise. This is really getting frustrating.
I have tried numerous time via email to sort out a card problem with no response what so ever. This is extremely frustrating. Service is a zero on this this contract.
<p>This delivery from the US had me up in arms. Very important documents not delivered and already 4 days late. Try calling the numbers then it is not in service. Trying to find information regarding the money back gaurentee and I hit a brick wall. No email addresses available.
