I bought 2 beds online and received an SMS that they will be delivered on the 30th. I waited and no one arrived. When I called, they logged a complaint which I was told will be resolved in 24 hours. 24hrs later when I follow up, I'm told that it will take another 24 hours. You cannot speak to a manager because they are too important to deal with customers. Their policy is not to speak to customers as I was told. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Non-existent service., disgusting!
I encountered the most obnoxious "manager" at Clicks in Boulders mall, Midrand by the name of Nompumelelo Gama today (03/08/2019). First strike:I greeted her very politely and asked her where I can find peppermint oil and she shrugged her shoulders and left me wondering if she is going to find out from somebody else. But alas, a few minutes went by and when I saw her chatting with her colleagues, I realised that she was not interested in assisting me. I asked for assistance from another lady. Second strike: I am now at the till and one of the items I was purchasing; (a sleeping hair cap) scanned the price as 1 cent instead of R129. The cashier asked her what must she do and her response is to take the cap and fling it to the side stating that they cannot sell it. I then informed her not to visit Clicks' problems on me and that I will be leaving the store with the cap. She then proceeded to scan another item that has the same price. I wonder what problems I will encounter if I should decide to return the item (since it does not reflect on the receipt)??? It makes me shudder to think that she is "management". People who lack people s****s should not be in contact with your customers. Her attitude and demeanor is utterly disgusting! Perhaps she should be moved to the goods receiving department or similar where she doesn't have any contact with customers.
<p>Convinced by family and friends I decided to port my cellphone line to a contract with Telkom....WORST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE EVER MADE!!!! After you receive your device, the drama unfolds! 72 additional hours after I was promised that my line will be ported...I am on the phone for 58minutes and counting with a rude and obnoxious call center agent by the name of Zama Cele trying to have my line transferred to Telkom. Apparently no manager is available to speak to me as they are busy with other clients. I have called the store at which I took up the contract and they are just as disinterested. In the interim I am incurring astronomical pre-paid fees on my current network. </p> <p>One would think Telkom would be trying to build a client base and rapport with the few clients they have since they are "newbies" to this cellphone offering....but no, their ARROGANCE IS SHOCKING!!!</p>
