Disgusting service!

I bought 2 beds online and received an SMS that they will be delivered on the 30th. I waited and no one arrived. When I called, they logged a complaint which I was told will be resolved in 24 hours. 24hrs later when I follow up, I'm told that it will take another 24 hours.

You cannot speak to a manager because they are too important to deal with customers. Their policy is not to speak to customers as I was told.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them.
