Bad experience

Had a waterpipe leak in my house. Insurance company instructed Best Plumbers to fix. Paid the money as per Insurer. After1 month Best Plumbers came back with a request to pay over R200 for short payment from Insurer. Advised thatInsurance ompanies does not always pay for material used. Asked them why they use material which they know the insurance doesn.t pay for. Next I received letter from debt collector to pay otherwise they will hand me over to attorneys ,which they did. I will not use them again and will not allow them again on my premises.
