Best Seed Online very serious disappointment

Received 100 Allium seeds from Best Seed Online some months ago . I tried to germinate about 10 seeds at a time over a period of two months .................. We have spring in South Africa and there is adequate warmth .

Not a single germination !! I complained to Best Seed . They promised 50% credit but actual credit was R 80

Bottom line the purchase cost me R 240 Plus I had to pay an additional R 32 at the post office to collect. So total cost R 272 Less R 80 credit

Net loss R192 Poor show from Best Seed !! They should have given a full credit !!

I am an avid gardener , so I have every confidence on using seeds. Do not buy any seeds from Best Seed Online !! I think seeds are radiated during transit and dead on arrival . Once bitten /twice shy
