Poor Customer service

Poor Customer service...I took my vehicle in for a suspension check on the 6th of December at 9 30 I was then told they fully booked and I asked if they was available on Saturday I was then advised to be there before 8..I was there at 7 30 the guy checked my vehicle then he advised that they cannot carry out repairs due to they close at 1..He advised I should return on Monday before 8 I arrived at 8 at the facility I then was advised they cannot do the repairs as they don't have enough staff and that I must return another day..The receptionist showed no sort of Customer care even when I explained my case..She told me to take my vehicle somewhere else she was Rude and made it seem like she doing me a favour by repairing the vehicle...Poor Customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone not professional at all.
