Poor Customer service
Poor Customer service...I took my vehicle in for a suspension check on the 6th of December at 9 30 I was then told they fully booked and I asked if they was available on Saturday I was then advised to be there before 8..I was there at 7 30 the guy checked my vehicle then he advised that they cannot carry out repairs due to they close at 1..He advised I should return on Monday before 8 I arrived at 8 at the facility I then was advised they cannot do the repairs as they don't have enough staff and that I must return another day..The receptionist showed no sort of Customer care even when I explained my case..She told me to take my vehicle somewhere else she was Rude and made it seem like she doing me a favour by repairing the vehicle...Poor Customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone not professional at all.

Poor customer etiquette to say the least.
Was totally ripped off. Did my wheel alignment 4th of March but after leaving work I noticed it wasn't even done as the vehicle still steers off. I work directly opposite them so didn't have much time to test it and took there word for it. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them, was helped by Tristan and almost conned by Gershwin for a different issue they "happened" to find after not fixing the alignment. Total waste of money and time.
