I have been supporting Sissy Boy long and I am so disappointed. My one heal became loose from the shoe and bent inwards, the other pair I had 2 weeks the rubber at the tips of BOTH heels had fallen off. I have a normal job in an office, and I take them off as soon as I get home and place them back in the box. I reported this to sissy boy as soon as the second pair went. Kathy I reached out to first was very sweet and I made sure she knew while she assisted rhow helpful she was, but I waited almost 2 weeks to just get a feedback from the head office! For them to tell me I must return it where I received it. I don't care about the return. I want answers from sissy boy. Since I made this clear, the Head Office stopped responding to me. I will not support this brand again - I have SO many people I used to recommend sissy boy to - especially my friends who do modeling, promotion work and photoshoots. But I will make sure to make these people aware of this now too if I don't get an answer - I will have no problem letting them know and I will no longer be supporting this brand. I expect an answer from the Head Office and AT LEAST a refund for the amount I spent on these two pairs, or two proper paira. It's not cheap shoes. I wore BOTH LESS THAN A MONTH I have nothing to discuss with Edgars where I bought it from - it's Sissy Boy who I expect to answer to me.
I was invited to Virgin Active Red by a trainer who just started there at the time. I was told to come have a look and that I'd get a free month of being able to gym there. I was told to sign and give my banking details, since it would be the only way for me to get a wrist band to come in and out as I please. Of course I was skeptical about it, so I specifically stated that my account MAY NOT be activated under any circumstances. He understood and agreed to not activate it. During that "free month", I get a notification on my phone that a debit order went off and that it was from Virgin Active Red. The exact amount of their monthly fee. I phoned customer care, and they emailed me a year contract with my signature all over it. I went in to confront him and find out what was going on, just to find out that he DOES NOT work there anymore because he has conned other clients as well. Which is probably why he worked there for like two months only. I obviously asked them to help me, but they told me it is out of their hands and that I have to pay 40% of what is left of the contract to cancel it. When I told them that it must get sorted out, I was sarcastically answered and told by a woman that it is my problem and that "I just shouldn't have signed then". It's been a few months now of fighting and I am tired of it. By the way, I am patiently waiting for the free month I was promised.
