Appaling Service
Registered my business with the incorrect details for the Directors. When I inquired about this the administrator assisted in releasing my CIPC account to me, with use of the customer code that detaches it from BusinessNeeds Online so that I have full access to my CIPC account. When I followed the same instructions received from BusinessOnline Needs for the other director's details that were incorrect I was told to contact the CIPC directly. When I asked what had changed because less than a week prior I was assisted, the administrator became extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are quick to take your money, but once they have to rectify their mistakes will show you elsewhere.

Businessneeds is a ****. They never stop charging. For example... They register your company, knowingly you only want to reguster a trademark. Once the payment is made, soon thereafter their will be another payment to make. It never stops. When asked about payments, they ignore your enquiry. The rule they apply is not what the laws say Their address us a residential area. Apparently the area where the business has an influx of foreigners. Google warns me, in red messages, that these people are ****mers. I'm Everything us yrgent when it gomes to payments. The law say otherwise Please report these people to the police. I intend to do so. Do not contact them. They ewll exploid you fkr your money

Excellent service delivery
Everywhere we go in South Africa, we have to wait for things to get done. It seems that no matter how much we pay for a service, things always get dragged out — but not with BusinessNeeds Online! Oh wow, excellent service! They told me I might have to wait 2 to 4 weeks, but I got my changes in just 3 days! What more could one ask for? Thank you for putting me first, for making me a priority, and for truly seeing my needs. I love that I can rely on you and that you make it your duty to meet my expectations — this is why I won’t hesitate to recommend you. I noticed there were times you assisted me after hours. I know we all have families, but you’ve just raised the bar to a whole new level! Well done and keep up the great work.
