Registered my business with the incorrect details for the Directors. When I inquired about this the administrator assisted in releasing my CIPC account to me, with use of the customer code that detaches it from BusinessNeeds Online so that I have full access to my CIPC account. When I followed the same instructions received from BusinessOnline Needs for the other director's details that were incorrect I was told to contact the CIPC directly.
When I asked what had changed because less than a week prior I was assisted, the administrator became extremely rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are quick to take your money, but once they have to rectify their mistakes will show you elsewhere.
