Registered my business with the incorrect details for the Directors. When I inquired about this the administrator assisted in releasing my CIPC account to me, with use of the customer code that detaches it from BusinessNeeds Online so that I have full access to my CIPC account. When I followed the same instructions received from BusinessOnline Needs for the other director's details that were incorrect I was told to contact the CIPC directly. When I asked what had changed because less than a week prior I was assisted, the administrator became extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are quick to take your money, but once they have to rectify their mistakes will show you elsewhere.

Made a booking online for grooming for my 2 dogs. When I arrived at Petworld XXL - Fourways there was loadshedding. I got zero notification from the store that there would be loadshedding during the times I booked. When asked why I had not been contacted to let me know there would be loadshedding, the store manager said it was my fault I did not get called as I had done the online booking after hours.
