Good day, I trust you are well. Today two of your agents helped me a lady in the morning but I needed to cut the call short due to an appointment. When i got back I phoned your customer care and was helped by an agent called Martin. I would like to take the time to thank both of the agents for their patience, kindness and the fact that they followed up every single time as they said they would. I cant remember the first ladys name but I know it started with an L. The number in question was 0722981093 - maybe you can trace the call via that number. I would however like to give Martin a special thank you. I have never in all my life since being with Vodacom experienced such phenomenal service. He assisted me and was patient. He even did follow up phone calls to check if we were up and running 2 hours later. I am really impressed with how he assisted me. And I would like that you take the time to personally thank both these agents but ESPECIALLY Martin for going the extra mile for taking his role as a customer care agent seriously. For being so patient, Sincere and making clients feel important. You HARDLY get agents like Martin and I am an HR in a call centre environment Martin service is like gold it MUST BE TREASURED. <p>Good day on the 16 January 2017 i sent through all docs needed to remove a judgement on my name. Today its the 7 March and still the judgement is on my name. I have sent through various emails, i have phoned upteen times. My husband was in contact with you, he also emailed you and to date nothing has been done. i request to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold for about 30 mins only to have the call cut. NOW what now... what kind of service is this... you received the docs as per sms... and still the judgement has not been removed even though the docs has been sent to you over and over... We as a couple cannot get anything done or build a credit record because you are not doing what is required of you... Kindly see to it that the judgement is removed and dont always let Hello Peter be the last option.</p>
