I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I called Outsurance to obtain a quote. I needed to check all costs for the vehicle before making my final vehicle decision. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd quotes were a bit higher than I was prepared to spend, but on the forth, we could agree. All within a discussion of 25 minutes. I could not confirm the vehicle availability date and as agreed, Outsurance called me twice to confirm a policy commencement date. The date also changed and I received a message from Outsurance that I can updated the vehicle ownership date on the Outsurance app. I follow the instructions by adding more vehicle details and the new policy commencement date. Easy. I now have 3 vehicles and a motorbike with Outsurance. Easy to manage on the app and well priced according to my needs. Thank you.
Excellent after sales service, initial repair was not done to my satisfaction and on returning the vehicle Best Drive went out of their way to do an excellent job.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Getworth, who offer a 7 day or 700 km satisfaction guarantee. In that period you are entitled to return the vehicle if not satisfied. In addition there is also a 30 warranty period during which any faults identified can be corrected. I only discovered after 37 days that my vehicle had a shudder at the front wheels under braking from 120kph. Getworth took the vehicle to their workshop, determined that the front discs and brake pads needed to be skimmed and replaced. This was done and the vehicle returned to me a day later. Great after sales service.
We used BACH Electrical for an inverter system as well as to do an upgrade to an existing inverter at the Wentworth Village security complex. The standard of workmanship was very professional and Barry was always on time and willing to assist.
My wife ordered a pair of so called Orthopaedic shoes for R599, delivery time was very long, when the shoes finally arrived the quality was extremely poor. This is a scam site, the shoes they supply are sub standard low grade trash.
Andre was paid R4540 to get a letter of retention from Home Affairs on the 8March, according to Home Affairs he has not submitted an application to date. He uses a”connection” to get things done but is a scamster. When you call or message him he always says he is at the Embassy and sends a pin as if to say he is there.
