Zero customer service

I purchased a pool with a pump, 3 weeks later the pump stops working. I contacted the number on the website, a young man answered and advised me to go to the website and buy a new pump. No returns, no assistance, nothing. I asked for his name to take the complaint further, he refused to give me his name and just laughed at me........ not impressed at all
