I paid R1200 for a so-called Boutique jacket, its cheap China and they are working together with Brown Boutique Cape Town. It's a fight and struggle to get a refund. They state on the website... 30-day money back guarantee. They answer e-mail 03:30 early mornings. Delivery was through Buffalo.... that's where I get my Shein orders from.
