Debt review
Debt review advised this company i don't want to be under debt review. They still debited my account. I had to logg a complaint with the NCR and still no response. This company needs to be exposed and rectify this problem with my bank that financed my with 17.2 form which MFC requested and refund my money. I had to close my bank account due to this issue. Someone from Better Credit Solutions need to contact me to resolved this issue 😡

Debt review
Debt review advised this company i don't want to be under debt review. They still debited my account. I had to logg a complaint with the NCR and still no response. horrible horrible company, you ruin my life. I got retrenched and yol took money from me and never paid my accounts. The worse part was that when you combined my accounts into one installments, they also continued to debit me on the side. I was paying for everything twice. You ****med me at my lowest and ruin my name. The most disgusting service ever, this was 2 years ago and my name is still ruined and I have paid for those accounts myself but you destroyed my credit score.

Bad payers to workers
This company is ridiculous as they pay there staff for making money so they can buy new cars and drive around like millionaires while there workers get paid 1500.00 for Christmas. It's sickening how they deal with there workers to pay people 1500 and there salary is 4500. What should the people children eat and wear for Christmas . And to think they don't follow the right process of debt review still so young and have no clue... Start paying your people what they signed up for and not sweets money . You will be investigated by the NCR....

Bad Services , ignore complains lodges
Four months after I came to an agreement with this process, my complaints regarding double deductions could not be resolved. Confirmation sends that the issue is resolved, but the problem repeats itself and causes more problems than ever in regards to my family's well-being. For a week now, I have tried to get hold of the manager, Taariq, as well as Angelo, for a refund, sending email after email. numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages to the manager with no response, WhatsApp app messages read but no response. The consultant Shakira escalated my messages to her boss, Taariq, and Angelo, but still has no response. They blatantly ignore me. I will recommend that no one make use of this company's services. endless problems. All I want is to withdraw from this process and refund the monies deducted.

Bad service
Worse services ever I never ever experience anything like that in my life,I wanted to cancel the contract I sign with them. The strangle I am going through. Worse part I cancel their services before the first instalment went through m feeling sorry for people who were signed by this company.

This company, Better Credit Solution doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. They are the worst company ever. They deducted my debit order, and since then the bank has been phoning me non stop regarding my accounts that hasn't been paid. I keep calling Mia, sending WhatsApp messages, I emailed Taariq on numerous occasions but to no avail.They either give me the run around, or ignore my calls and messages. And their answers are so evasive, and they never know what to say. This is so stressful as my creditors are on my back constantly. Has anyone had the same experience?
