This is my second complaint the company did call me yesterday and I question the agent to go listen to the call which I clearly stated I don't wish to be under debt review. I further stated that they should issue form17.2 to the bank I financed my as the bank awaits that document and money they took from my account should be refunded. The call got disconnected I tried calling the number which is 0210058103 and cannot get through. This company needs to sort this matter out urgently
Debt review advised this company i don't want to be under debt review. They still debited my account. I had to logg a complaint with the NCR and still no response. This company needs to be exposed and rectify this problem with my bank that financed my with 17.2 form which MFC requested and refund my money. I had to close my bank account due to this issue. Someone from Better Credit Solutions need to contact me to resolved this issue 😡
