Worst doddy skellems Tarriq and his team
Yhoooo i use to hear people talking about ****mers and skellams,that company is something else,2023 they took my money time and time again with no help i decided to drive to their office whn i get there its doggy place i told thn guys stop everything i'll pay my debt on my own bcz its been 6 month u guya deducting my money with no change and people i ow thm money i calling me left and rit cut story short im stuck nw under debt review and i reach on the phone number and they dont respond on their emails and they have moved their doddy office any one whn knws how to get hols of better credit solutins cape town plz help

Debt review
This is my second complaint the company did call me yesterday and I question the agent to go listen to the call which I clearly stated I don't wish to be under debt review. I further stated that they should issue form17.2 to the bank I financed my as the bank awaits that document and money they took from my account should be refunded. The call got disconnected I tried calling the number which is 0210058103 and cannot get through. This company needs to sort this matter out urgently

Debt review

I further stated that they should issue form17.2 to the bank I financed my as the bank awaits that document and money they took from my account should be refunded. BIG ****MER :BETTER CREDIT SOLUTIONS/ *****
they sound like big ****mers , i receive a call from a guy called Harry , he speaks about decreasing interest rate because i am not interested, i hang up , the next thing , i get messages that i have granted them permission to view my credit report to check my affordability , please help me report them i didn't grant them access at all

Don't go for Debt Review EVER!!
When I was at my most financially venerable a company called Seraj Arnold contacted me and basically forced me into Debt Review, number 1 DON"T EVER LET ANYONE CON YOU INTO THIS!! 2 Years down the line funds have been mismanaged, I landed up being handed over to attorneys over 1 of my accounts that Seraj Arnold/ Rus credit clear/ now Better Credit Solutions....don't worry I'm just as confused as you are reading this.. Bottom line it's a huge ****, Always and I mean ALWAYS do your homework before going for the debt review option.

Better Credit Solutions / Do not trust
A word of warning to everyone who want to use this company. Avoid them at all costs. They operate with ********* intentions and wont hesitate to commit ***** and breach of the Popi act. They have phoned my wife claiming that they have spoken to me telephonically and that I have given them consent to request my credit records, and demanded information from my wife regarding our personal details. This happened while i was in a area with no cellular coverage. So obviously they **** about contacting me and speaking to me. They also sent her a sms where they claim that I have given them consent to request my credit records. I have never spoken to them and have not even knew about their existence up until they false claims they have made. I have never agreed to or consented to being contacted by them. And also have I never given any consent to the use, storage, or processing of any of my personal or public data. They are violating the Popi act and they are invading my privacy without consent.

Beyond bad service
I was never in arears with my creditors ever since i got into agreement with them I'm in arears and I'm still currently in that nightmare state with these unprofessional business BCS since 2023. To all people who want to enter into a process like this, please, I'm begging you to rather make use of any other debt counselling company than accept this BCS; you literally sign up for a huge disappointment. The services are beyond bad, worse than bad. All reviews speak for themselves and is exactly what I experience, they blatantly ignore returning calls. as well as my matter which These people have no ethics of running a business; they are not equipped to run a business; the whole lot from management to staff is ***********. This business really needs to close down; service is pathetic. They truly make people live hell.The worse part of it is to opt out.(A nightmare)

Worst, ****ming, Unreliable, ****s debt counsellor
These are the worst debt counsellors, ****mers and ****s. They do not return calls. I have been requesting a consultant and phone recordings from them. NCR must investigate this debt counsellor, all they are interested in is putting people blacklisted/ flagged and debt money to cover themselves. The contact number they use is 021 054 0175 and have a new name according to the bank its Finance DS. Hello Peter make them trend because they are not reliable.
