they sound like big ****mers , i receive a call from a guy called Harry , he speaks about decreasing interest rate because i am not interested, i hang up , the next thing , i get messages that i have granted them permission to view my credit report to check my affordability , please help me report them i didn't grant them access at all

FUNERAL COVER POLICY NOT PAID
MY HUSBAND SUBMITTED A CLAIM ON THE 04TH MAY 2020 UP UNTILL TODAY THE CLAIM HASNT BEEN PAID , THERE IS NO DIRECT ANSWER THAT WE ARE GETTING SOMEONE IS ALWAYS WATING FOR SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING OF WHICH WE ARE NOT SURE WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR WORK FUNERAL COVER IS MEANT TO HELP US TO BURY OUR LOVED ONE BUT AT THIS CASE FOR THEM IS A GAME TO COLLECT MONEY AND NOT PAY THEIR CLIENT WHEN THEY NEED HELP HE JOINED THE POLICY LAST YEAR AROUND JULY 2019 AND HIS DOCUMENT WERE NOT LOADED ON THE SYSYTEM BUT THE PREMIUMS WERE DEDUCTED ON THE MONTHLY BASIS PLEASE HELP 0768881109

had a car and home insurance with them , had a house break-in when I claim they refused to pay and say , there accessed my house easily
