My name is Jacqueline Maluleke, i have a policy with which i arranged a debit order with them. They keep debitting inconsistence premium amount. i questioned them, trying to fix it and they were rude and said they don't know why. Last month, my dad passed away. I claimed they wanted me to pay for the shortfall when I claimed. I've paid it, but this month they continue debiting the wrong premium amount. Could they be a ****?

A claim was submitted to Nelsons Funeral service and we were informed that the claim had been paid. To date no payment has been received. When contacting them there is no answer from the telephone and the agent we used to do the claim is now not responding to any calls or messages sent to him.

I am so disappointed in Doves. My brother Mr Luthando Mpofu who worked as a Branch Manager in the Mdantsane Branch. He resigned in December however to date he still has not received his provident fund. He was informed by the investors that Doves hay outstanding contributions for October 2025 to December. He has been sending several emails to Management and HR at Doves but they are ignoring him. This is unacceptable Doves deducted the funds October to December but never paid it over to the investors. This in plain english is *****ing employees money Doves sort this matter out before I take it futher.

My experience with Dove has been nothing short of frustrating and dissappointing especially regarding I have been using them for almost 11 years. I have realised that Dove has been deducting from account twice, at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month. I also realised that I have been paying for two policy at one branch which is funny because I only have one product with them. I spoke to someone named Kamogelo they were the one to make me aware of this. I have tried to contact them and no one has assisted me. Right now they ignore my calls when I try to contact them. Dove I want my money back as soon as possible. I will not accept this disgusting treatment anymore. I demand it back.

I have been with doves for so long close to 10 years if not more. I have submitted my claim with them, for my sister who passed on 2 weeks back and was buried by Doves funeral under her policy. When I submit my claim they said the police stamp on a certified death certificate is not clear but you can actually see the date. N surprisingly how did they burry her if they suspect foul play. I though doves was advanced they would just click on the computer n see that they have every little details but no I must be crucified for a police man that gave me a stamp that is not clear. Please people beware of these things.
