Good day I Like to log the formal complaint with doves funeral cover that in 2023 we visited one of their branches in Groblersdal to make the insurance claim but we were told that my late uncle(Simon Matlala) was never part of my family funeral policy. yesterday when I called & ask for the copy of the policy certificate only to find out that my uncle was & still covered by dove & they still deducting premium from my bank account, dove must reimburse my claim as per sign mandate & refund all my premium from 2023 with immediate effect. because we where told wrong information & we had to paid cash to prepare for my uncle's funeral. dove must paid out the insurance packet for my uncle & reimbursed my mother all the money they stole from her since 2023.
I'm writing on behalf of my mother Ngwanakgare Msiza, She had Respiratory disorder on 13/01/2026 then we took her to MIDDLEBURG PRIVATE HOSPITAL(MIDMED) where by she was kept for the night then in the morning the Doctor told her that they can't admit her because Gems has decline her request to be admitted they must transfer her to the government hospital to get help. I mean what's the use to have medical aid but you can't use it when is needed, Is that the customer service that they referred to when they want us to join. She's a pensioner for God seek why is our country failing us. she never skip any single monthly contributions but at the end of the day they treat her like this is that the thank you Gems is giving us for being a member.
ON 25 FEBRUARY 2025 I REQUESTED TWO REFUND WITH REFFERENCE NUMBER;54806-920174 & 54805-098523 FROM SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS I WAS TOLD THE REFUND TURN AROUND IS 21 WORKING DAYS BUT WITH MY SUPRISE MY REFUND IS STILL NOT PAID TILL THIS DATE. THATS THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE 99% OF PEOPLE WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT IT WHICH IS MONEY LAUNDARING IN OUR COUNTRY. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP. THANKS.
Good day- Rain is *****ing from people I signed up for Rain 5G which they requested me to pay in upfront for the router which I did, yesterday I returned the router because is getting expensive for me. I ask them to update my account to enable me to pay only for 4G which is R280 but till today my account is still on R1759.33. which has wrong calculation. Please update my account I need to make payment today.

PLEASE ASSIST OR HELP US TO RETURN IT SINCE IS NO USE FOR US. WE TRIED WHATS UP LINE BUT IT SEEMS THAT THIER ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING NOT PROVIDING TECHNICIAL SERVICE.
THREE DAYS AGO SOMEONE DID A FRUAD IN MY ACCOUNT & WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY APP AS CASH SENT. THE WITHDRAWAL WAS DONE IN KZN AM IN JOBURG, MY PHONE&MY CARD ARE WITH ME BUT THEY DID ALL THIS TRANSTIONS ON MY APP ONLY GOD KNOWS HOW. I CALLED CAPITEC CUSTOMER CARE ON SUNDAY THEY PROMISE TO INVESTIGATE & GET BACK TO ME. TILL THIS DAY NO FEEDBACK WAS RECIEVED & MY SALARY THAT I WORKED FOR 31 DAYS IS GONE IN SECOND.
Good day, My contract ended in December 2021 then on the 9th of June I had to pay R598 because they said I didn't call & cancel the contract with Cellc which I understand but till today the amount is still reflecting on my credit profile as an amount due, I have log the call with customer care to ask them to close this account but till today is still appearing on my credit records. PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ON MY PROFILE ASAP.
Hi, my son stayed at student life accommodations at castleview in cape town for three months on month to month lease agreement and vacated the unit end of October 2022, when he move in we paid three months rent as deposit for the place that was promise that two months deposit will be refunded to us when he vacate the unit since today the deposit is still not refunded to us now is three months down the line but no communication was sent to us with regards to our deposit.
I once had a two years contract with Cellc which expired in December 2021, I cancelled the contract with them later in Dec then they told me that I must still pay for December billing cause I didn't cancel my contact in time which I paid R600. In January again they tried to debt my account again with R317 which they said is for December billing. then today I called them to ask how much do I owe Cellc then the lady told me that I owe R500 I ask from 317 in January how come now my account is 200 extra she said is because of the unpaid debt orders for January & February which I didn't sign any mandate for Cellc to debt my account in those two months. they didn't call or any SMS notify me about the unpaid but they charge me 200 for something that I never agree on. I need to pay and close this account but am not going to pay extra 200 for something that I never agree on.
I had a bad customer service at Goldwagen Mayfair, I bought a water pipe for my BWM two days ago today when I take it back because it had a factory faulty they told me that they cant change it on their side it must go back to the supply I must just buy another one or wait for 14 days for an exchange from the supply. I ask for my money back they told me that they can't refund me is not in they company's policy.
