My experience with Dove has been nothing short of frustrating and dissappointing especially regarding I have been using them for almost 11 years. I have realised that Dove has been deducting from account twice, at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month. I also realised that I have been paying for two policy at one branch which is funny because I only have one product with them. I spoke to someone named Kamogelo they were the one to make me aware of this. I have tried to contact them and no one has assisted me. Right now they ignore my calls when I try to contact them. Dove I want my money back as soon as possible. I will not accept this disgusting treatment anymore. I demand it back.
I have been paying my Nedbank Credit card and to my surprise I got a notification from Trevor Jaggard Attorneys stating that my account has been handed to them without my knowledge. The people at Jaggard gave me two numbers one thats an easy pay and the other one is the reference number. I payed R800 in january and they never stated how much I owed, I then payed on the 8th of March thats where I got the message from Jaggard. When I contact Nedbank no one assisted me, so know I am starting to think that this is all a **** to get my money or is it a real deal and I want Jaggard to take accountability and stop wasting my time. I will ensure I get to the bottom of this as soon as possible, that Jaggard shouldn't take me for a fool. I am a woman who keeps my promise and trust if I am unhappy I know people who will assist me.
Here i am yet again complaining about Safrican.After i wrote my review they assigned Salaminah to handle my case. On the 14 of December she told me to wait until the 21 December in hopes that i will receive my money. When it finally reached the 21 of December she starts telling that she is waiting for the Collection Departments response. I have noticed a pattern with these people as when it it time to pay me back they come up with petty excuses. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, how long is it going to take to bring back my money i am fed up with them all this fighting is exausting and depressing.Bring back my money that is all i am asking for.
The company is now taking me from pillar to post. I have been paying my monthly debits now that i want my money back am asked to send through proof of payments dont this people have electronic system that allocates payments? Everyday its a different request and story from them. I send proof of payments my case gets allocated to a different person who ask for the same documents as the previous? Is this a way of discouraging a person from pursuing the matter.
I dont even know where to start with the service I received from Safrican. Last year i requested a conformation certificate regarding the insured status, that is only then i was told by the consulted that my policy has lapsed but i have been paying for the service. Upon being notified i requested to be reimbursed of which until today i have been taken from pillar to post, this incident has been going on since 2022 May until 2023 November, the kind of service received is beyond poor its digusting. I have been making countless follow ups but the response is poor from all consultants for example, today i spoke to Portia who promised to call me back its 14:17 still no response instead Thapelo calls me and i have to narrate yet again and guess what he also promised to call me back but still no response. Their service is very frustraying. Let me not forget to mention that Kedibone said i will be reimburses within 14 days and 28 days later still nothing. Remember during this process i habe been speaking to the following people, Portia, Cecilia, Lemohang, Lehlohonolo, Jade and Memo. Regards
