I am very dissapointed. My Mother (Petronell Susanna van Jaarsveld) passed away on the 5th of January 2026. The one policy paid out but there is still another outstanding policy (1740006921/7), outstanding until today. Funeral no: F0355515 Invoice no: 10398368 I also would like to mention that the date of her death on your invoice is incorrect????? I have actually reacehed the point where I don't want to query anymore because it doesn't help. I am also dissapointed because we had to pay for a hole package regarding her cremation all thou we did not make use of everything?????? and then there is still the outstanding policy?????? Does Doves really think that I am going to leave this issue just to go away???? well a am not going to let it happen!!!!!!!!! Please resolve this outstanding policy, otherwise I will go to the police to open a case of theft and then I will give my laywer instructions with all the details. Once again I am very dissapointed and I will defenetly not recoment this funeral service to anyone.
Good day I just started at at a new work where I has been offered to have a medical aid with Compare (savercare plus). I has also been advised to take a GAP COVER with no choice. I did receive a membership number and would like to register online to be able to manage and see what is what???????? So far I was not able to succeed to do so???? All that I know is that the name of the broker is Johnathan and his cell number is 082 891 3894. I am very disappointed with good reason because this looks like a very ***** and untrusted medical aid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will also inform my employer tomorrow to determine the way forward. Please advice as soon as possible otherwise I will handle this matter accordingly and with the assistance of the ombudsman obviously!!!!!! Thank you in advance.

Good day I just called Computershare to sell my Telkom shares. They were not able to assist me, saying they cant find my FICA info. I told them that I have done the FICA recently and it was successful and I also received a dividend payment into my account there after. Therefor I believe that they are playing the delaying tactic or something. I also notice that all the complaints on Hello Peter is related regarding when people want to sell shares?????????????? I'm really disappointed with such unprofessional treatment. I just called them again to confirm my FICA and they emailed me forms to fill in and list of required documents. It looks very complicated. I only want to sell 27 shares not even worth R900!!!! Besides that, how can they pay a dividend into my account but not when I want to sell? Why so complicated and difficult to proof that I am the shareholder??????? This is how they steel from law abiding citizens in this country! Disgusting! Even older people have to struggle. Shame on you Computershare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May God have mercy for you people at Computershare!

I went to battery center in Brackenfell today with 2 energizer inverter batteries to be tested. they told me that the batteries are both damaged and offered me R100 per battery. I then took the R200 but something did not feel right. There was no receipt or any paperwork? When I got home I phoned a other provider and they told me that they weigh the batteries and the price can even be R 500 per battery. I then phoned Brackenfell battery center to inform them that I will come and fetch the batteries and refund the R200. So this will be taken further from tomorrow. The phone number for this battery center is: 021 981 4857. I just know that I have been conned so tomorrow 25 Feb 2025 I will take this matter further until I am satisfied and if I say satisfied I do mean it. I am a Trump supporter as well and believe that nonsense like this have to be addressed.
Telkom not responding to hello peter reviews. Just like myself and many other people, we were debited earlier in December 2024 and not on the last day of the month as indicated on our accounts. A lot of clients is complaining about this on hello peter. this means Telkom is at fault. The Telkom call center is not willing to assist with account queries!!!! What is wrong with Telkom? Debit order payment is always on last day of the month. On my account for this month it states that my debit order is on 31 December 2024. But on 27 December I was debited and it failed due to no funds. I get paid on the last day of this month. I see other people complaining about the same issue, so clearly Telkom is at fault and I am not going to pay penalty's for Telkom mistakes. I will even go and do a police affidavit with the proof of my account where it states 31 December 2024. Is this the way Telkom **** loyal clients every year???? Yes because Telkom is getting away with it. It happened a few years ago with me and there for I decided to change my debit order from the 25th to the last day of the month but surprise surprise!!!! This time I'm going to fight back. We are all suffering and then Telkom come and ***** your money!!!! This treatment is unacceptable and disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good day, I used to receive stickers for the masterchef knifes when I purchased cigarettes. Now when I buy cigarettes I am told that you don't get stickers for cigarettes anymore at Brackenfell pick n pay hyper???????? In your terms and conditions it says only when buying air time, paying for utility bills, lotto and baby formula you don't get stickers. Cigarettes is not mentioned anywhere????? Can you please advice me and also show me where it is stated in your terms and conditions regarding this promotion? This is very false and misleading. Please be specific right from the beginning. How can someone get stickers for cigarettes and then the next moment not????? I am very disappointed.
I am very disappointed with Sanlam, no feed back absolutely nothing after I submitted my request for early retirement on my annuity 12 days ago already. I decided to call today and after holding for 2 ours the call just cut off. This is ridiculous! How can it be possible? I am also shocked to see how many complaints there are for Sanlam, it is absolutely scary. If I don't get any service before Friday I will come to your head office, and I will make sure that I am early because there will be probably a long que.
