FUNERAL INSURANCE

I Like to log the formal complaint with doves funeral cover that in 2023 we visited one of their branches in Groblersdal to make the insurance claim but we were told that my late uncle(Simon Matlala) was never part of my family funeral policy. yesterday when I called & ask for the copy of the policy certificate only to find out that my uncle was & still covered by dove & they still deducting premium from my bank account, dove must reimburse my claim as per sign mandate & refund all my premium from 2023 with immediate effect. because we where told wrong information & we had to paid cash to prepare for my uncle's funeral. dove must paid out the insurance packet for my uncle & reimbursed my mother all the money they stole from her since 2023.
