I don't know what onair wants from me. I haven't received my refund for December and January now they debited my account again for February. Can anyone advise what I should do at this point. I'm thinking of involving the lawyers right now because this is bull****. I wrote to the 100 times, wrote of hellopeter 100 times they forever respond that everything will be fixed. Still waiting for my December, January and now February refunds. Once I involve lawyers I swear you will not just pay my money, you will also pay for the legal fees because this is such an inconvenience.
I am so disappointed in Doves. My brother Mr Luthando Mpofu who worked as a Branch Manager in the Mdantsane Branch. He resigned in December however to date he still has not received his provident fund. He was informed by the investors that Doves hay outstanding contributions for October 2025 to December. He has been sending several emails to Management and HR at Doves but they are ignoring him. This is unacceptable Doves deducted the funds October to December but never paid it over to the investors. This in plain english is *****ing employees money Doves sort this matter out before I take it futher.
OnAir TV bad news, I now believe they keep their business afloat ising our money. Tell me why even after they emailed me back on the 15th of January promising me my December refund. I still haven't received it and I'm 100% sure come 15th February they will debit my account after the contract finish a while ago. This business should be banned its *********.
I had a contract with OnAir which ended a long time ago however they kept debiting till today they are still debiting. Communicated with them several times that the contract ended so they need to stop debiting. That was in October 2025 to day they still debiting. I send emails evwry month and every month they assure me that debit order has been stopped but come payday they debit I am so sick of OnAir, I will never in my life enter into a contract with them, they are so *********** aand ********. This is such an inconvinience, I hate this 😡. I have been communicating with Naomi for my refunds each month and she has been so helpful with my refunds but its the debit order that is not stopped.
I am beyond being furious at this moment. Saturday my friend posted a parcel for me and chose the overnight option as the parcel is Christmas clothes for my kids. I was told that the overnight option is R245 which came as a huge shock to me because I’m used to using Aramex which is R99 overnight. The parcel was supposed to be couriered yesterday and arrive today because they don’t courier on weekends which is something I understand. As I was tracking my parcel today, first mistake is that my parcel is routed to Port Elizabeth and not East London. Secondly I called Port Elizabeth Courier it to arrange that it gets to East London today still, only to discover that even in Port Elizabeth its not gonna arrive today it will arrive Friday. For me to pay a flippen R245 for something that is not gonna arrive today is totally insane. If it does not arrive today it serves no purpose to me because those clothes are supposed to be worn tomorrow. I have never used Postnet and Courier it and the first experience with them is hell. I need my parcel today or u can take it back and give me my R245 back and know that your service is the worst ever.
I am totally unpleased with the service Elegant Square Panelbeaters East London supplied for me. I took my car in for repairs and I was satisfied with the body repairs, just when I was about to leave the building, closed my window and noticed scratches on the inside of my window tint. Switched off my car and went back inside to notify them that those scratches were not there when I brought my car in for repairs, they then said I must bring my car again to fix it. I took my car and went home. A week after I called them and brought my car in for them to fix it, only to find that they are now saying the scratches were there from the start and that my insurance doesn't cover it, obviously my insurance won't cover it because I did not claim for it, the scratches did not exist when I claimed for the accident. Elegant square has dealt with the wrong woman. I'm not just a little black gal that you see, I will take this up with everything that I got. That is my new car and I will not let you scrap it and make it IPHELA. I will take it to court if I have to. I want my window to be as spotless as it was when I brought it in and I'm not going to pay for it neither will my insurance pay.

I would like to thank the employee of Flexi Club Arny Nortjie for assisting me with the cancellation of my contract and assuring me that my refund will be processed within few days. Awaiting for the confirmation of cancellation as well as the refund.
