A claim was submitted to Nelsons Funeral service and we were informed that the claim had been paid. To date no payment has been received. When contacting them there is no answer from the telephone and the agent we used to do the claim is now not responding to any calls or messages sent to him.
Been struggling with my uncapped service. No internet connection yet payment is made each month. Lodged a complaint still waiting to be contacted about the poor service.
Mr. Peter Luvbe and family booked into Club Perba Perna in Umhloti KZN, only to find the unit was dirty upon arrival. When he enquired about cleaning services in the unit for the duration of his stay he was informed that there was no such services available. This is absolutely unacceptable!! For the amount of monies paid each month for his membership and the expense of being a member one would think better attention would be paid to the various facilities and the condition of such places.
