TERRIBLE!!!!!

I bulk at even giving this business 1 star! They came to our home on 08 Jan 2025 to clean all our carpets, mattress & one set of curtains. Please believe all the negative comments posted about this company, from arrival of old car, two men lugging a bucket of tap water around to fill their dinasaur steam machine ...... the next day stains began to show which were never there before. Our staircase looked worse than before. The carpets took days to dry and really smelled terrible. Lance said it was the weather which was bringing up the new stains (?) I asked for a partial refund & refused for them to come back and make another mess! I called ChemDry Sandton to come fix their mess. Avoid at all costs!!!!
