Recieved outstanding service from Bettersteam Cleaning
We had our OFFICE carpets and chairs cleaned by Bettersteam Cleaning .They really did a very nice job the carpest had plenty of stains and marks that they managed TO remove our chairs also look fantastic We would definitely recommend them and will use their services again. again

Happy Customer great service!!!
We used Bettersteam cleaning to clean our lounge suite and mattresses that had stains where smelling terribly.Les and his team came over and did a fantastic job all the marks where removed and the smell was gone i can highly recommend

Happy Customer great service!!!
We used Bettersteam cleaning to clean our lounge suite and mattresses that had stains where smelling terribly.Les and his team came over and did a fantastic job all the marks where removed and the smell was gone i can highly recommend

Don’t use Bettersteam!
Will not recommend to anyone. Much more expensive than the next person. They don’t have the same equipment as the next guy around the block and ask twice as much. NO DEEP CLEAN! NO STEAM CLEAN! My matrrs smells worse than before the service. I asked the owner ro come back and he makes promises each time. Would not recommend! Stay far away!

Don’t use Bettersteam!

Great service from Bettersteam Cleaning
Hi don't normally post good reviews just wanted to thank Bettersteam .We where away on holiday recently and came back to a flooded house due to the heavy rain We called Bettersteam at 6pm that evening to help us .They sent out a team straight away the guys worked till about 11-30pm sucking up all the water and and cleaning the furniture. Amazing service from Lance and Les cannot recommend them enough.

TERRIBLE!!!!!
I bulk at even giving this business 1 star! They came to our home on 08 Jan 2025 to clean all our carpets, mattress & one set of curtains. Please believe all the negative comments posted about this company, from arrival of old car, two men lugging a bucket of tap water around to fill their dinasaur steam machine ...... the next day stains began to show which were never there before. Our staircase looked worse than before. The carpets took days to dry and really smelled terrible. Lance said it was the weather which was bringing up the new stains (?) I asked for a partial refund & refused for them to come back and make another mess! I called ChemDry Sandton to come fix their mess. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Not so Bettersteam
Contacted Bettersteam, spoke to Lance, asked them if they could clean my leather couch and I sent them a photo. They said that they offer a deep clean and stain treatment as well as leather protection None of the marks were removed, some marks are even worse now and they refuse to refund and take responsibility
