15 Days and Waiting...
Paid for my order on the 2nd of March R2600 Order was processed on the 7th of March Today, 17 March, still no order received, no tracking number received and multiple emails and web queries have been ignored Not impressed

Not so Bettersteam
Contacted Bettersteam, spoke to Lance, asked them if they could clean my leather couch and I sent them a photo. They said that they offer a deep clean and stain treatment as well as leather protection None of the marks were removed, some marks are even worse now and they refuse to refund and take responsibility

FNB - Making banking harder
FNB makes it impossible to cancel the CPP (Customer Protection Plan) that they snuck into my fees when I took out a personal loan. 21 June Called FNB Personal Loans - They couldn't assist and requested that I send an email. Email sent to personal loans to request cancellation - NO RESPONSE 27 June Email sent to personal loans to request cancellation - NO RESPONSE Emailed private banking, they transferred my call to FNB Life - FNB Life couldn't help FNB Life transferred me to Personal Loans and after waiting on the line for 15mins the call cut! I am beyond frustrated with FNB, it should not be this difficult to resolve a matter
