Not so Bettersteam

Contacted Bettersteam, spoke to Lance, asked them if they could clean my leather couch and I sent them a photo.

They said that they offer a deep clean and stain treatment as well as leather protection

None of the marks were removed, some marks are even worse now and they refuse to refund and take responsibility
