Poor delivery and confusing order system

I ordered and paid for brewing materials from Bevplus online, to be delivered. The next day i got communication that some of their products are out of stock in some areas and there will be an additional delivery charge. They were apparently experiencing a problem with their payment service provider. After a 3 day delay I decided to accept this and requested a solution and they noted I must pay for the delivery. I did and 4 days later I received half my order. It seems the delivery cost for the order in the other warehouse was not included. This company needs to up their game if they want operate on the online space.
