Can't get fibre connected
I've been trying to open an account for a month now and they are unable to do anything except send emails with service reference numbers

CRYPTO SCAM
Solo dex won't let you send crypto from their wallet without a password, which was not required to setup an account. There is no avenue to create a password and no support which will tend to the issue. They forced you to join to get an airdrop. You move xrp to dex, they take 12xrp, you buy solo at $2. They then give you a few coins. Solo drops to $0.40 and you can't move your solo or xrp.

Crypto Scammers
A crypto trading site which are scammers. they call quickly and try to convince you to buy crypto. Luckily while we were talking my spidey sense went off an I googled them. The problem is they won't stop calling.

No customer service - ebooks
I purchased ebooks for my son's online schooling and could not download it to his pc. I downloaded to mine. Afterwards I realized my ADE was did not have an ID and I could not transfer it to my son's pc. After dozen's of calls and emails, I got no help from them. Only an automated message saying they can't help. I must try adobe. Adobe does not give support to people that uses free software and directed me to a forum, which did not help. I then contacted the publisher, Oxford University Press Southern Africa , which just sent me back to Takealot. I have NOT finished registering the books and still need to submit the Vendor ID. I am thus at a loss on why they can't cancel it and send it to another pc. I do know that I have never had any problems with fiction books and easily got books deleted and sent to other devices. This of course is an educational book and they know I'll have to buy it again. I can't believe between Takealot, ADE and OUP they are very unwilling to assist me. The book I'll have to purchase and can't bypass OUP, but maybe I can by second hand book. Takelot account I can just close.

Zero assistance or customer service

No refund on wrongly supplied parts
In June I purchased shocks from Midas, using the make and model of a Land Cruiser. The incorrect front shocks were supplied and returned. The shocks were for a client in a remote area in Mozambique and thus took a while to return. Midas won't refund, because the boxes did not return and it was 3 months from sale. I would accept that if I ordered the wrong part, but I did not. They supplied the wrong part and the cost of export and logistics, is more than the actual shocks.

Best Service ever !
In the 1st week of October we had a truck in JHB, which needed a new compressor. It was late afternoon and I sourced the part at SAC truck, which was close by. The part had to come from Pretoria and they said they would deliver it to my truck directly. During the night the truck decided to leave and headed towards Nelspruit, where this part was also available. It broke down near Delmas. The next morning I contacted SAC truck Middelburg, which had the part also. They also offered to deliver the part to the truck, a 100km away, without any charge. All 3 branches I've traded with, are incredible at customer service.

No tax invoice available
I've been trying to get a tax invoice from VWFS for the last year and have been unsuccessful. Between at least 2 dozen calls and emails I have received the invoice the dealer made to them, an amortization schedule and a tax certificate not quantifying the VAT. SARS wants a tax invoice with the words "tax invoice" written on it, our company details, the value of the transaction and the value of the freeking VAT. Why is this difficult.
