Poor service
Poor services . On the 10/03/2025 I bought a part for my truck cash in SAC Boksburg and returned it because it was a wrong part. I was helped by the guy called Emmanuel. They didn’t have the part I was looking for. I asked for the refund and was told will receive my refund it the next 2 to 3 working days. I must leave my bank details. Till today I haven’t received anything. I always have to make follow up with them and I’m tired.

Best Service ever !
In the 1st week of October we had a truck in JHB, which needed a new compressor. It was late afternoon and I sourced the part at SAC truck, which was close by. The part had to come from Pretoria and they said they would deliver it to my truck directly. During the night the truck decided to leave and headed towards Nelspruit, where this part was also available. It broke down near Delmas. The next morning I contacted SAC truck Middelburg, which had the part also. They also offered to deliver the part to the truck, a 100km away, without any charge. All 3 branches I've traded with, are incredible at customer service.
