Office staff are useless and stupid and even dumb. They go a bull**** way around instead of assisting the customers needs.

2. All their driver are illiterate or uneducated or maybe just lack common sense. On 2 occasions the driver failed to find a residential address on a popular road. This is poor driver skills.

3. All parcels are always delayed. No one has answers, even office staff fail to understand their own system and are always requesting to callback with information.

This company should close down and give other couriers a chance in excelling at their job

LOOKS LIKE THE OWNER HAS TOO MUCH MONEY WHILST ROBBING HIS CUSTOMERS AND MAKING HIS POCKET FAT OR MAYBE HE JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
