WORST SERVICE!!!

WORST courier service EVER!! If there was an option for 0 stars then I'd rate that! I placed an order from tape on Tuesday (16 September 2025) and I received an email on Thursday (18 September 2025) stating that my order was scanned onto a delivery vehicle and will be delivered on the day! I was at work and I asked my nephew to be on the lookout for it and there was no communication from them until they called me on Saturday (20 September 2025) at 7PM!!! Stating that they are outside my house, I wasn't at home by then and asked my nephew to collect it for me, he stated that the person who delivered this came in a private car and there were 3 other men in the car and they were all drunk! Nonetheless, he collected the order and upon inspection, he notified me that it wasn't what I had ordered! It was a completely different brand and it was a size 6 shoe when I had ordered a size 10! I would NEVER EVER use this company even if it was the last one left!
