Thabo Doesn't Reply to Email , Promised a Hamper Still Waiting 🙄

Greetings All... Complaint regarding Sweetie Pie Mallow Flavors Chocolate, Caramel & Vanilla being so Shiny, oily and hard. I asked for a Refund , Consultant ("Thabo") told me Beyers Chocolate doesn't give refund will Delivery a Chocolate Hamper. We agreed today 22 April I waited like a FOOL whole day. E-Mailed "Thabo" no reply. Refund doesn't exist to Thabo give me a Voucher. 🤷‍♀️Why waste my time about a "HAMPER" when you know you don't want to deliver. I cant Wait whole day for something thinking I'm going to receive it😬 A Voucher will do R210.
