Stale Sweetie Pies
Sweetie Pie chocolates being sold on special at shops (within expiry date) BUT they are STALE and the filling is hard. These items were a gift to my wife and she said they tasted disgusting. Poor showing Beyers Chocolates and Kees Beyers Chocolates CC. We tried for days to get through to customer service and then no-one deals with our demand for a refund.

Stale Sweetie Pies
Sweetie Pie chocolates being sold on special at shops (within expiry date) BUT they are STALE and the filling is hard. These items were a gift to my wife and she said they tasted disgusting. Poor showing Beyers Chocolates and Kees Beyers Chocolates CC. We tried for days to get through to customer service and then no-one deals with our demand for a refund.

Thabo Doesn't Reply to Email , Promised a Hamper Still Waiting 🙄
Greetings All... Complaint regarding Sweetie Pie Mallow Flavors Chocolate, Caramel & Vanilla being so Shiny, oily and hard. I asked for a Refund , Consultant ("Thabo") told me Beyers Chocolate doesn't give refund will Delivery a Chocolate Hamper. We agreed today 22 April I waited like a FOOL whole day. E-Mailed "Thabo" no reply. Refund doesn't exist to Thabo give me a Voucher. 🤷♀️Why waste my time about a "HAMPER" when you know you don't want to deliver. I cant Wait whole day for something thinking I'm going to receive it😬 A Voucher will do R210.

Deserves 0 stars !! Purchased Sweetie pie Mallows Pies Banoffee limited edition and Assorted flavours, flavour was missing , very bitter , tasted great before. filed a complaint staff are Extremely Rude Unhelpful & Unprofessional, they don't find any problem , Money is all that matters. Beyers Chocolate definitely dont take pride in their PRODUCT, Just customers they **** to keep their doors open !!! 🙄😟😯👎

After a rough start with Beyers at the beginning of our business venture- the guys have really come through so wonderfully, that we have reverted our business back to them. Great service and product! Thanks George, Bianca and team.

Beyers chocolates
I bought a beyers chocolate sweetie pie a month ago. The inside was all hard and sticky. Phoned customer care. Spoke to a guy. He was not helpfull nor friendly. Told me they will send me a email. More then a month now and still waiting for that email😡

My partner and I have been loyal customers at this store ever since it opened. We are the couple who usually buys up all the brownies as they are amazing. This was a gift for my partner amongst the many other chocolates I had bought for him.
