inferior beyers sweetie pie easter eggs and non existant customer service and feedback
got 2 boxes of beyers sweetie pie easter eggs, the eggs were liquified in the middle and this was clearly not normail. had emailed beyers numerous times, tried calling(line says its unavailable, tried calling different numbers with the same result. sent messages on fb with no reply now for over a week. the last optioni have is to go to their offices as their customer service and feedback is useless and non exisitant. so now im stuck with 2 boxes of their inferior quality chocolates. if their chocolates are like their service and feedback then dont waste your time. shocking and frustrating.

Moulding mallows
Extremely disappointed in not only the poor quality but the customer service is worse!! I bought 4 boxes of sweetie pie marshmallows,who went soggy and mouldy before the expiry date. I have logged a complaint via the website,email, Facebook and Instagram and after a month no response besides the automatic responses. do better Beyers!

Pull up your socks Beyers chocolate.
I went to Beyers factory shop in Isando like so many years before to buy easter eggs for the kids and family of which there was no bunny easter eggs like previous years which was very dissapointing. The other thing that is dissapointing is the fact that it has become very expensive and the chocolate is no longer of the same quality it used to be when Kees Beyers gave me a piece of chocolate in his factory shop to taste many years ago. It used to be on par with Lindt chocolates but the quality has deteriorated to maybe the same as Beacon chocolate. It tastes more like cooking chocolate nowadays than real chocolate.

Stale Sweetie Pies
Sweetie Pie chocolates being sold on special at shops (within expiry date) BUT they are STALE and the filling is hard. These items were a gift to my wife and she said they tasted disgusting. Poor showing Beyers Chocolates and Kees Beyers Chocolates CC. We tried for days to get through to customer service and then no-one deals with our demand for a refund.

Stale Sweetie Pies
Sweetie Pie chocolates being sold on special at shops (within expiry date) BUT they are STALE and the filling is hard. These items were a gift to my wife and she said they tasted disgusting. Poor showing Beyers Chocolates and Kees Beyers Chocolates CC. We tried for days to get through to customer service and then no-one deals with our demand for a refund.

Deserves 0 stars !! Purchased Sweetie pie Mallows Pies Banoffee limited edition and Assorted flavours, flavour was missing , very bitter , tasted great before. filed a complaint staff are Extremely Rude Unhelpful & Unprofessional, they don't find any problem , Money is all that matters. Beyers Chocolate definitely dont take pride in their PRODUCT, Just customers they **** to keep their doors open !!! 🙄😟😯👎

I bought a beyers chocolate sweetie pie a month ago. The inside was all hard and sticky. Phoned customer care. Spoke to a guy. He was not helpfull nor friendly. Told me they will send me a email. More then a month now and still waiting for that email😡
