Kitchen tap fixed thanks to Benny at CTM Boksburg
A big 5-star shout out and many thanks to Benny at CTM Boksburg for going above and beyond to assist us with a Tivoli tap problem. All resolved and our kitchen tap is working 100%. #BlackFriday

Stale Sweetie Pies
Sweetie Pie chocolates being sold on special at shops (within expiry date) BUT they are STALE and the filling is hard. These items were a gift to my wife and she said they tasted disgusting. Poor showing Beyers Chocolates and Kees Beyers Chocolates CC. We tried for days to get through to customer service and then no-one deals with our demand for a refund.

Chronic Medication loaded as Acute and Call Centre really falling apart
How long must my wife try communicating via call centre and on email to address Chronic Medication that was incorrectly loaded as Acute BY YOU!! Call Centre really falling apart - you hold for a long time and then get cut off - and emails are not read properly by BONITAS. And re chronic medication for glaucoma... the cheapy, *******y, inadequate formulary drops are not good enough and the Ophthalmologist says we had better get proper drops or blindness is coming fast. So much for medical aids that care. Why do I stay with Bonitas? Let me think.....

Bonitas sent out an inaccurate / wrong tax certificates this year
Bonitas sent out an inaccurate tax certificates this year. I would go check mine if I was the general public. They totally skipped out the one month, which we DID pay. So we contact them today to get the correction made so that we can submit this to SARS. And they re-send the incorrect one without reading the email that was sent explaining the fault they made in detail. Unfortunately, I don't have a crayon to explain this any simpler Bonitas.

This car salesmen is the epitome of a ********* individual
This car salesmen Danie is the epitome of a ********* individual who stops at nothing to make a quick buck. They are masters of manipulation, preying on innocent people who are simply looking for a reliable vehicle. Danie is a con artist. He masked the true condition of the 4x4 vehicle he sold and I still today have issues with this. He **** about getting the loose, rocking seat fixed, he **** about the overall condition, and we had to spend over R15,000 to get car serviced, mechanical repairs, and most fluids changed after engine light came on. He also claimed it was a 2012 model and it was in fact a 2011 yet he refused to drop the price when I confronted him on this and said I was still interested. Gave him ample opportunity to make right on paying for at least some of the repairs but he ignored everything. I was your customer! Be warned fellow buyers!

Old Useless Mutual where no-one gets back to you for weeks
Just trying to get the Effective Annual Cost (EAC) and other details like monthly portfolio vales on MY policy from Old Useless Mutual but no-one gets back to me after weeks of trying. They say on their website (and I quote), "If you would like to see the EAC for your investment policy please contact us." So I did. No reply. If I get the chance I will move all my funds to another company ASAP!

Tyme Bank refusing to tell me how to close my account
So TYME BANK IS OFFICIALLY the WORST bank in SA. After my wife received email threats that she would be charged fees (balance is zero at the moment) we are going to close our accounts. I asked by email and on X but no-one tells me how to go about this. I get sent an email address but nobody replies for days on end. If this was a self-service bank then why can I not close my account myself? (I won't go into our accounts being locked/blocked some months ago which was a mission on the phone to resolve due to Tyme Banks foul ups)

Close your Tyme Bank account before they block it and keep your cash
My wife got an email to update her FICA details with Tyme Bank after being active customer for years. Tried different kiosks, tried 7 times, even with help of TB Ambassador and no luck. Called help desk. No help. WhatsApp helpdesk and get told to go to Home Affairs. Are they crazy? Got told bank account will be blocked and will not have access to funds. Tyme bank are ludicrous. Closing accounts now.

Verimark products on Loot platform are misleading customers. Then they don't refund customers! I thought the Verimark Bauer Multi-Lid was a lid that fits on pots and pans of 18cm to 28cm. Advert shows both dimensions BUT the actual pic shows the 18cm to 28cm lid. Even product description and product features shows from 18 to 28cm. Three places give 18-24 cm dimensions. Then they send the 24-28 cm which does not fit. Returned it and no refund!! Disgusting service.
