Moulding mallows

Extremely disappointed in not only the poor quality but the customer service is worse!! I bought 4 boxes of sweetie pie marshmallows,who went soggy and mouldy before the expiry date. I have logged a complaint via the website,email, Facebook and Instagram and after a month no response besides the automatic responses. do better Beyers!
