inferior beyers sweetie pie easter eggs and non existant customer service and feedback

got 2 boxes of beyers sweetie pie easter eggs, the eggs were liquified in the middle and this was clearly not normail. had emailed beyers numerous times, tried calling(line says its unavailable, tried calling different numbers with the same result. sent messages on fb with no reply now for over a week. the last optioni have is to go to their offices as their customer service and feedback is useless and non exisitant. so now im stuck with 2 boxes of their inferior quality chocolates. if their chocolates are like their service and feedback then dont waste your time. shocking and frustrating.
