placed an order online with makro on the 30th june 2024. followed all the prompts and made the payment. didnt hear from them in a few days so decided to follow up. their response was that they are awaiting payment, sent them proof of payment, followed up with them on na daily basis via phone calls and emails, NO RESPONSE. they have 1700 rand of mine and simply choose to ignore me and when i call them they say they are awaiting payment and that someone from the financing department will call me, such lies. for such a big company, a jse listed company, to give such bad service. nearly 2 weeks later and still nothing
martin was excellent from the beggining to the end. he kept me updated on the status of the unit. he was very proffesional and informative on the unit. i will definately be using them again. if i could give 6 stars i would. definately reccomend netrox for any of your electronic needs.
pick and pay online. shocking. i have an order waiting delivery from 3 dec 2018 and one from 4 feb 2019. i have called the call centre 5 times and they always say they will speak to a manager and cll me back. like that is going to happen. very dissapointed and out of pocket. useless service
<p>for the whole week, i call fnb connect to try and sign up 3 phone numbers with them. i call atleast 3 times a day. im on hold for over 20 minutes each time before i give up as i have other things to do. i even applied online and they say a consultant will call me back. i am still waiting. its like they are understaffed or making too much money and dont want my business. as a fnb client i am very dissapointed and frustrated. this is not the service that fnb ussually provides. i have spent over 200 rand in calls,will they re-imburse me back,doubt it.</p>
<p>I HAVE SOLD MY BUSINESS AND HAVE GIVEN EASIGAS 3 MONTHS NOTICE OF THE SALE SO THEY CAN CHANGE THE BILLING DETAILS TO THE NEWOWNER. THEY HAVE KEPT SENDING ME INVOICES FOR THE NEW OWNERS USAGE. I HAVE CALLED THEM AND EMAILED OVER 15 TIMES TO GET IT CHANGED. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME INVOICES AND STATEMENTS UNDER THE PREVIOUS COMPANY WHICH OWNED THE BUSINESS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO ACCOUNTS AND THE REP IN CHARGE. I HAVE ASKED THE ACCOUNT MANAGER TO CONTACT ME, BUT TO NO AVAIL. AS THE ACCOUNT IS IN 6 MONTHS ARREARS AND BILLING IS STILL UNDER MY COMPANY, I FEAR THEY WILL BLACKLIST THE COMPANY AS ACCORDING TO THEM MY COMPANY USED THE GAS AND IS INVOICED FOR THE USE. AFTER EMAILING AND CALLING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES(I HAVE RECORDS OF) I AM TURNING TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER MEANS TO NAME AND SHAME.</p>
<p>i had contacted axxess months ago to apply for adsl line and hosting. the sales team was eager and got me signed up. they started debiting without my line even being active. they charged me for a service with no service. the sales guy that sold me onto axxess,i had gotten into touch with him on numerous emails and was just too eager to pass the buck and referred me to any department but his. i ask him for his manager to contact me,which he didnt.</p> <p>they eventually connected my line without even informing me it was connected. i only found out it was connected once the debit order was taken off.</p> <p>in the interim i had sent numerous emails request the status of my line.</p> <p>axxess hadnt informed me on anything of the line but where keen on taking my money.</p> <p>as a first time user of adsl they coulda atleast called me to help me getting connected.</p> <p>i think their service stinks and there is no customer liasing whatsover.</p> <p>so aggrevating paying for a service and receiving nothing.</p>
