BF Motorcycles sucks!

My friend, Francois Els, bought parts (a voltage regulator and a rear fender for Kawasaki GTR 14000 ) from BF Motorcycles. He paid for it on25 Nov 2021, amount R2187,87. After he did not receive the parts, he phoned BF Motorcycles, and spoke to Ilze. She could not provide him with a tracking number and promised to get back to him. After several phone calls and Whatsups, he still had no luck. However, the parts were paid for a month ago, but he only received empty promises.

He wanted to take this further, but the amount is too little for the small claims court. He wonders if anyone else had a similar experience. Please contact him on Cell:0834174024.
