POOR SERVICE AND ARROGANT MANAGEMENT.

I ordered Argentina kit for my son 10 days before new year and the kit was delivered two weeks after.I tried to communicate with them to find out when can I expect my delivery,they never responded.After my order was delivered I contact them to make them aware that the kit doesn't fit my son and the material is not quality.They asked for a photo and was told to pay for a courier as they will accept items via courier only.I paid Aremex to deliver my return and after they received my return they never communicated to say they received my return.I had to call them and email them.They dont answer calls and sent me a number I should use for WhatsApp,even on WhatsApp they don't respond they will only respond when they want.Muhammed is very arrogant sales person or Manager ,he will never help you with your query or respond to you.I took back their **** Argentina kit,I am still awaiting for my refund till this day.The store need to be investigated as is not selling quality and don't care about their customers.I will never ever buy from Bhamjee store.I paid for delivery and still have to pay for the return as they were claiming that if I am not happy with my order is none of their business.Very poor service!!!
