Refund
I am still awaiting for my refund,they failed to install wifi last year December and I complained and want my refund.No one bothered to call me,the only sent the technician to call for installation thou I told them I don't need their services anymore. Vuma kindly refund me Asseblief!

Poor service!!!
The installation was done soon after I made a payment. I made a payment and the technician s came to my premises to install Vuma, and I was told it will take few hours before I can be able to connect.Since December first week am still awaiting for connection.When I call Vuma and explain that I cannot connect.The colored lady yelled at me.She started screaming and yelling at me, telling me that if I want to cancel Vuma, I must call Mweb.She was so rude and very impatient.I tried to explain to her that I did call Mweb and I was told that I must contact Vuma.She hanged up a phone while explaining.When I call the Technician who was installing the router,he was ignoring my calls. Until I stopped calling them.That was in December. Poor customer service.All I want is my R399-00 I paid nothing else.Since December no one bothered to call me regarding my query.I want my money back.

POOR SERVICE AND ARROGANT MANAGEMENT.
I ordered Argentina kit for my son 10 days before new year and the kit was delivered two weeks after.I tried to communicate with them to find out when can I expect my delivery,they never responded.After my order was delivered I contact them to make them aware that the kit doesn't fit my son and the material is not quality.They asked for a photo and was told to pay for a courier as they will accept items via courier only.I paid Aremex to deliver my return and after they received my return they never communicated to say they received my return.I had to call them and email them.They dont answer calls and sent me a number I should use for WhatsApp,even on WhatsApp they don't respond they will only respond when they want.Muhammed is very arrogant sales person or Manager ,he will never help you with your query or respond to you.I took back their **** Argentina kit,I am still awaiting for my refund till this day.The store need to be investigated as is not selling quality and don't care about their customers.I will never ever buy from Bhamjee store.I paid for delivery and still have to pay for the return as they were claiming that if I am not happy with my order is none of their business.Very poor service!!!

Outstanding service
I had some issues that needed to be resolved and I chatted woth Nicky.Tje last was very professional and patient.She made sure that my problem was resolved immediately.I am still waiting for my payment thou as I cannot withdraw on weekends Overall I'm happy and I will come back to give the whole details of my story once they process my payment tommorow Monday.

Very proffesional
SA home loan is one of the best bond originator in South Africa.I never thought that I will have the house of my own.They level of service it's so excellent and are always willing to assist irrespective.I was introduced by one of my friends last year 2020.I was pre- approved and started looking for a property until I got one in May this year and it was registered on the 11th of August 2021.My consultant Mr Riaz was very supportive and would answer any questions I ask as the first time home buyer.They work with bond registration Attorneys KEBD.The Attorneys as well are very proffessional and have time to listen when you need assistance.Thank you SA home loans and KEBD consultant Ms Naidjia Rahl,you really changed my life.

I would to thank Doctor J.M Slabbert,Dr Carol Benn not forgetting Dr Schoembee for their proffesionalism and humbleness and hard work.Doctors love their career and a very passionate.Always willing to listen and make sure you fully understand thy have done to you.A very hard working Doctors together with their teams.I had breasts issues and I was referred by a lovely disciplined and caring Doctor Proffesor Carol-Ann Benn.All of them changed my life and I'm wishing them a long life in their career as women like me we need them.
