This is MONEY HEIST.....literally. You are guaranteed to lose everything here....They also dont have a link to selfexclude from their website. I tried to write to them to ask for self exclusion after losing a FORTUNE, they told me that my account will remain open. They can't help me I must contact the western Cape gambling board

This casino should not be trusted. Of all the licensed online casinos in South Africa, you will no win more than your deposits and their practices around responsible gambling should be investigated. When asked to self exclude, cool off or try a deposit limit (sometimes you need to control yourself) I was told that they don't offer cooling off, self-exclusion, deposit limits. They said I should just not log in or contact WCGRB instead, cause they DONT DO responsible gambling closures. Yes that's what they are! Responsible gambling closure requests!! Most people won't follow through with WGRB because this means you must NATIONALLY exclude and you can be banned from resorts or land based facilities across the country in that harsh form of exclusion where you are treated like a leper with a gambling problem and all you need is the ability to self control, which most regulated online casinos allow and do very well in moments when you need to take a break. They know this is discouraging for people to do, yet prey on the vulnerable. You will not be able to LEAVE or close your account. So don't open one, don't let them trap you as they have so many others. They have been reported to national regulators, cause the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board doesn't give a **** about investigating them for this.

If I could I would give negative stars. This site is a joke!! I wanted to temporarily disable my account to support a family member with a problem, and when i asked them to assist they keep on sending me the link to the gambling board. Other sites offer this but this one does not. Their support team can't read a basic sentence on explaining why i want to disable my account. Which is leading me to actually want to delete my account and profile with them as they dont comprehend what I want. And from the other reviews i have read its the same for other people as well. They dont make use of live chat support, and they take forever to respond to an email that I have sent in the past and just wrote off because of how terrible their service is. Why make it difficult in helping people with their needs, as they have the means to do so, but they want confirmation from a board if they can do it or not. Its ridiculous in how much things a person must so just to get a account deleted.
