WORST SERVICE AT BHC BUDGET WIGS ****

Very disappointed at the service recieved as i truste BHC sooo much.

Ordered hair in November, from their special with two wigs. They sent one wig instead of two wigs. I advised them of this and they ignored me until I said I will involve the police and they eventually sent the second wig.

But now the wig they sent is not the one orderd. I ordered a 22 inch wig they sent a 18inch wig and I notified them of that and no response recieved till today.

I have been sending messages and they just read and blue tick the messages and no further communication is recieved. They blocked all their comments and I cannot even send them dms because they know exactly that they are a ****. Someone commented on my post on threads that this is their thing she has been waiting for response since a year ago and they do not even bother responding they just continue posting.

I honestly want my money back because what I recieved is not worth my monies worth and so that I can go buy from people who value the time and service they give to their people not this nonsense.the least they could have done is acknowledge their mistake and rectify instead of just ignoring completely that's service if you are selling something not this mess.

Honestly seeing other people's reviews about their service had even made it worse to realise that this is their brand ****ming people. Word of mouth is a powerful thing it was my first and last time ordering from and never again I will make sure that no one close to ne orders there again.
